All-Natural Delmonico Steak

One of the most desirable, well-known steaks on the market today.  Our Delmonico is dry-aged for tenderness and flavor, flash frozen and vacuum packed to preserve freshness. 

Steaks are individually wrapped. Weight is approximately 6 - 8 oz and about 1" - 1 1/4" thick, priced by the pound.
